Who We Are

Company founder, Gene Losnes, began his career working as a contractor to the telecom industry in 1978. He contracted throughout the New England states when CATV services were still in the infancy of technology.  Gene originally entered the industry as an aerial and underground construction company. In later years he joined Adelphia/Adelphia Business Solutions in the role of Project Coordinator where he successfully spearheaded construction of a 900 mile fiber optic SONET ring that circumnavigated the State of Virginia. Gene is the company VP and works in the capacity of Operations Manager for SouthPointe Engineering.

In a like kind entrepreneurial spirit, Vickie York Losnes opened the doors of Blue Mountain Drafting & Design in Staunton, VA in 1999, providing CATV drafting and design services to the former Comcast acquisition Adelphia.  She is currently the president and business manager of the company.
